Meet the facilitators:
A former CO.STARTERS graduate, Hannah has now taken on the role of facilitation of the CO.STARTERS programme. After completing the programme in 2019 Hannah began her own business, Hannah Fitzgibbon Facilitation, where she delivers quality in-house workshops and coaching on the West Coast, enabling local business owners and their teams to thrive.
Hannah studied Visual Communication Design at University and learned about design and marketing. She worked as a travel agent in retail and learned about sales. Hannah moved from Australia to Kumara in 2013. She then managed a hotel and restaurant and learned about leading teams and she worked as a home loan specialist at Kiwibank for four years where she learned about finance and risk.
Hannah is currently working with a range of business owners as they navigate the challenges of COVID, helping them to find stability in their business and managing stress. About completing the CO.STARTERS programme Hannah says “You get this great big picture that you can break down and dive into more deeply on your own as you develop your business. “CO.STARTERS was held in a supportive group environment so I met collaborators and other people who were growing their businesses alongside me. And it encouraged me to reach out to people, some of whom even became my first customers.”
